This hotel offered great value for the price, with a comfortable atmosphere and outstanding service from the efficient and excellent staff.

The room was impressive, and new-fashioned. We were met by outstandingly accommodating, incredibly nice personnel. The location was magnificent for exploring this quiet area, not far from the city center and the costal road, restaurants and shops and food area. Besides, it was 2 km away from Plymouth Naval Memorial: D

Exceptionally comfortable bed, big size and huge room with cable channels, a dining area, and a sitting area. Nice decor and nice sized bathroom...

The staff here was really friendly and efficient, so I will definitely be coming back! I got a huge room that was well-furnished and had lovely interior decoration. 😄.

This was our first visit to Kuwait City and the hotel; 1. Huge room even for us a family of six (kids btw. 4 to 9yo). The kids were having fun running inside the room. 2. The room was clean with ample supply of toiletries and towels. 3. The super size tv in the room was just perfect. We enjoyed watching the Royal Wedding live on Friday. 4. Breakfast spread was pleasant and ample too. Our room was on the 14th Floor with un-obstructive view of Kuwait City skyline. We were given an extra bed (queen size bed) at no extra charge. Overall, we satisfied with our choice during our weekend visit to Kuwait City and would not hesitate to come back.

Staying here for shopping was pleasant, totally recommendable. My room included a seating area, a writing desk, and ironing facilities. The staff was amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating and delivered good service.

Staff did not tell me that my credit card was not charged by Booked.net, i face problem at the check out time when their machine did not work to charge my CC and my passports were held by the hotel staff who could accept any other solution to facitilate my check out

Their breakfast area needs a complete renovation and it’s highly recommended to provide various foods that match 4 stars hotel criteria.The suite room should have kitchen area which is not available.

My stay was very quite and your staff was very intentive. Your entire Hotel was very clean and professional looking.

Did not find anything about my stay that could be categorized as negative. However I did not find the water heater switch fast enough the first night, so I had a cold shower. The second day the shower was nice and hot after I found the heater switch.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kuwait and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was conveniently situated near the city center and the coastal road. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the area and visit friends. Additionally, the hotel staff were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were all in good working order, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the interior decoration. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also quite impressive, with a good variety of options available to suit different preferences.
